Zoo Lights
Over the holidays the kids were lucky enough to go to the zoo twice to see the Zoo Lights. They had a blast both times they went. Kendal's favorite part was seeing the Snow Princess. Kayden loved seeing the lions and feeding the giraffes. There was a station set up for the kids to decorate boxes for different animals and then Santa would put food into the boxes and deliver them.

Christmas Celebration's
I did not get too many pictures during the all the activities at church during the Christmas season. Kendal sang with her Cherub Choir at church one Sunday morning. She innsisted on wearing this elf hat that had a jingle bell on the top. Quite cute!
We also had a birthday party for Jesus! The kids got to participate in dressing up as different people in the Birth of Jesus story. Kendal's favorite person of course was Mary. Here are a few pictures of her dressed as Mary adoring her baby.

New Year's Day
Amanda and her boys stayed through the afternoon on New Year's day. The weather was like spring so we spent some time outside riding bikes and enjoying being outside. We also played Wii. Amanda let all the kids make a me on the Wii and we let the kids box and play baseball. It was so cute and funny. Needless to say Ross and I love the Wii. It is probably a good thing we do not have one.
Kendal and the boys!

Guitar Hero
Amanda brought her Wii over New Years Eve for us to play. After the kids went to bed we starting playing. This was the first time Ross and I had really played on a Wii. We had so much fun. We stayed up until 2am playing all of her games. Little Wesley tried making it to midnight but feel asleep right before midnight. They ended up staying the entire next day and we played Wii New Years day.

New Years Eve
I am a little behind in blogging, so I will try really hard to get up to speed. This year my friend Amanda brought her boys over along with her Wii to spend the night New Years Eve. We did a count down for the kids at 7:30pm and let them have a silly string war at midnight. They had a blast. It was very messy! I think they had more fun picking up all the silly string and throwing it at each other after the cans had run out. They went to sleep after that and we played Wii all night! More pics of that to come.

Kayden loves his Big Wheels
Kayden loves our driveway! Our driveway has a little hill on it and the kids in the cul-de-sac love riding their bikes and skateboards on it. Kayden watched Kendal fly down the driveway fast on accident and decided he needed to try. He loved it. He even tried going down a few times with his hands in the air like when we rode rides at the North Pole. Here are a few pictures of him having fun and Kendal scared. Then below is a post of him flying down our driveway! He asks to watch the faster and faster video anytime I get on the computer.

Christmas Afternoon
Christmas afternoon it happened to be warm enough to take the kids outside and ride their big wheels. It was a nice little break especially to get Kayden outside. I got and ice cream maker for Christmas and I made ice cream that day. It was awesome because it was ready in 30 minutes. Then I attempted to get a picture of the kids in their Christmas PJs. I hope everyone had wonderful Christmas!
