Mud Play at Grandy's

It rained some while we were in LA. My kids love the rain because we hardly get any in Colorado. Usually if it is muddy it has to do with snow therefore it is cold. Luke and Jonah came over to my parent's house one day right after it had rained and we let the kids play in the mud. The were so funny. Kendal loved it the most.

Jonah is so cute.

Ferry Ride

We took the Ferry from Daulphine Island to Fort Morgan when we were on our way to the beach. The kids had a blast riding on the Ferry.

My fun at the beach

I had so much fun at the beach playing with my mom's camera. I took the kids out after dinner one night to get a few pictures of them in real clothes. They were being so silly! I love how they had so much fun at the beach.

I hope he does not do this to girls on the playground.

Orange Beach

My parents rented a condo in Orange Beach, Alabama to take the kids and I for a trip. It was the first time either of them had really been to the beach. We had a fabulous time. The played out in the sand and water with hardly any fights and we so happy. They had an indoor pool on the same floor as our condo that we same in everyday. The weather was great. It was a little windy the last day but the kids did not care one bit. Before this trip Kayden was scared of the water. The ran into the ocean and went under and I scooped him up expecting him to cry and he just said, "Whoa that was close." He now wants to swim all the time. I hope we can go back soon.

Kendal loved dancing in the wind and water.

Don't they look alike?
She loved looking for shells.

He was so happy at the beach.
He ran so much the entire time.
He is not scared of the water anymore.

Kayden loved flying his kite. Here he is with his kite in one hand and cheetos in the other.
Building a sand castle together.

The both wanted to be buried and it was their idea.
He did not care one bit that there was sand all over his face.

There was a group of spring breakers that picked up a squid and gave it to Kendal. The rest of the weekend she was looking for the "Sunbreakers." It was so funny.
