Happy Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We went to eat over at Sumer and Stacy's. There was about 20 people. It was really hard to get any good pictures of the kids. Here is a picture of the kids in the backyard before the dinner.

3 months

Kendal is the Mommy

Kendal asked if Kayden could ride in her little stroller for her baby dolls. I was a little unsure about it, but I thought it would be pretty cute. So I strapped him in and let her push him around. It was hilarious.

Sledding

Shelley came to visit this weekend and we gave Kendal a sled for her birthday. So we went to the Rocky Mt National Park to try out Kendal's new sled. There was not much snow, so it was not too crowded. It was perfect for our first sledding trip with Kendal. We had so much fun. She loved it. Kayden slept the entire time. He was great.

Working in the Yard

Last weekend Ross was putting together our new pantry in the backyard. Therefore the entire family has to play outside with him. Kendal wanted to help him while Kayden supervised.

Tegan Comes to Celebrate

Tegan, Sumer, and Stacy came over to celebrate Kendal's birthday. Tegan gave Kendal a purple horse to ride on and an Elmo balloon. I do not know which one she likes more. We had strawberry Elmo cupcakes and pizza. Kendal was in heaven with all the attention.

Naked Girl

I left Kendal in the living room to watch the "Little Einsteins" while I was getting Kayden ready for the day. When I came back in the room this is how I found her, naked on the couch. I should just appreciate that she was trying to help me by getting herself undressed.

Lazy Morning

Kayden enjoyed sitting in the chair and watching cartoons with Kendal Saturday morning. They love each so much!

I cannot believe two years have already passed. It has been amazing. Happy Birthday to the most wonderful daughter in the world!

Kendal sure does love all of her birthday presents. Here she is with her new LSU cheerleading outfit, her art desk, and her frog boots. She has worn the frog boots EVERYDAY since we got home from our trip! Kendal and Elmo, her best friend!

Bath Time

I have started bathing the kids together. It has been quite an experience. Kendal has throughly enjoyed having a playmate in the bath. Kendal is extremely curious and bright. She took a look at Kayden's penis and said "elephant" while waving her arm in the arm and making the elephant sound!!!!!!!!!!!! By far that has been one of the funniest mommy moments I have had.

Happy Halloween!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Halloween was great. We had our traditional chili for dinner. Then I got the kids dressed to go trick or treating and Kendal refused to go. I was a little disappointed. Shortly after that we started having kids come to our door. I was afraid Kendal would be really upset that we were giving our candy to the other kids. But she loved putting candy in the kids bags. She would run to the door everytime the doorbell rang. She stayed in her costume and passed out candy. So maybe next year she will be interested in going out and getting her own candy.
